Billy Creel's House is located in Megaton. It is inhabited by Billy Creel and his adopted daughter Maggie. Harden Simms can be found in the house quite often as he is great friend of Maggie.
Description
Among other insignificant random loot inside the house there are many edibles (including several bottles of Nuka Cola) to be found here. There are also four Pre-War Books gghghghtwo Holodisks - "Song of the Lightman" and "The Guardians of Gillyfrond". It seems that Billy is trying hard to make a true home for his adopted child.
On the right side of the fridge there is a floor safe. The combination can be learned from Maggie, but only if you have the Child at Heart perk. The safe contains some Bottle Caps, Pre-War Money, a 10mm Pistol and some ammo. The safe used to contain an un-scoped magnum, much like the one used by the mysterious stranger however it was removed during late development and replaced by a 10mm Pistol.
The house is locked with an easy lock.
Trivia
The combination for the safe that Maggie gives you when you have the Child at Heart perk is 15, 16, 23, and 42. This is an obvious reference to the U.S. television series Lost. The numbers 4, 8, 15, 16, 23, and 42 are featured prominently within the show.
